Such high quality materials and grade A service! Jonathan was so friendly and informative and got delivery and installation done for us the same day we purchased. He also followed up with advice on how to stain the stand wood and showed us what to expect if we let the hammock patinas. He’s easily been the best part of our move to Wilmington between advising us on a great hammock, getting the set up done so quickly, and helping to keep us informed on how to sustain it so it always looks top notch. I lived in NC for 20 years and always admired my friends’ beach houses and the hammocks and furniture that got from Outer Banks hammocks and Outdoor Furniture. When I moved to Texas, although not a beach house I had the perfect spot for a Hammock and fire pit area. I called the shop and Jonathan gave me the special customized attention I needed to order just the right products. I also requested it before Thanksgiving and he made it happen! He helped me with measurements, colors and talked through all the options. My parents visited from Ohio and once they sat on the Hammock chairs they didn’t want to get out. So I ordered 2 for them which were shipped to Ohio for their patios. A Christmas in July surprise. Jonathan wrote a special note for me and included it in the shipment. So you don’t need a beach house in NC to enjoy the amazing products and personal touch you will get from Jonathan and Outer Banks Hammock Co.
